Responsible for promoting the tourist destinations Rock City Gardens, Ruby Falls, Clumpies Ice Cream Co. and affiliated Lookout Mountain attractions and events, via storytelling through social media channels, as well as facilitating parts of the public relations function.
Created strategic content directed by each brand’s social media strategy including photos, video, and messaging.
Monitor, dialogue and post accurately on all social media platforms to over 48,000 followers on each channel.
Developed a viral event promotion strategy for Rock City's Enchanted Garden of Lights that organically garnered 200,339 Facebook event responses and over 5,500,000 impressions, a 1,075% increase from the 2016 season.

Developed media strategy through target audience research and innovative strategies to generate and publish daily content that builds genuine connections and encourages action.
Coordinated with a team of photographers, videographers, and designers to furnish client’s content needs.
Increased @MayfieldDairy Instagram account following by 20% in 5 months through content management and creative direction.
Directed Instagram activities for Orange Leadership Conference 2017. During the 1 week of the conference, increased account following by 5.2% and engagement by 54% from previous year.

Like a Local LLC
Founded web based networking group Like a Local to connect local businesses to creatives, and foster community within those circles.
Independently grew social media accounts to over 13,000 followers in 2 years.
Quarterly Instameet events were recognized by numerous local news outlets, with attendance ranging from 25 - 70 individuals.
Developed partnerships with small businesses and startups to raise awareness of locally owned operations and drive brand following.
Monitored over 64,000 photos tagged with brand hashtag #livelocallyTN.
